![]() Women in menopause are sleep deprived. Night sweats and hot flashes are a big reason why. We seem to have tried everything to get to sleep and stay asleep. From sniffing lavender oil to dropping big bucks on special mattresses, many of us are still longing for some extra hours of rest. The good news is Stanford University School of Medicine is exploring the issue further in hopes of developing a drug-free insomnia treatment for hot flashes.
